Zach has come down with a bit of a cold. He has a fever and as we lay here cuddled with the pets, he is starting to cough. I have chicken soup simmering on the stove.

I wrap him up in my arms. "How are you feeling? Did you take the medicine?"

"Sounds good...you pick," I say.

"The West Wing," I suggest with a sheepish smile.

"Let's do it..."I grin.

"Awesome." I get The West Wing ready to go and we settle in to watching. "This was the best pilot ever."

"Definitely..." I say. "And Rob Lowe is adorbs."

I blush a little. He knows very well that I had a crush on Sam Seaborn. "Yeah, he is..."

I cuddle against him. "You ever think about going into politics?" I ask.

"Oh, no..." I shake my head. "I mean...not as a politician. I thought about becoming a speechwriter."
