My father taught me how to make 'engagement chicken.' A roast chicken so good that the person you are making dinner for will want to marry you on the spot. Okay, yes...Zach and I are already married but a little reinforcement of WHY he married me is always a good thing.

"Want to open the wine?" He asks.
