Zach is feeling much better. He thanked me for taking care of him...but it makes me happy to care for him...and I never want to see him hurting.

"You've been taking care of me since the day we first got together... that first night when you didn't leave..."

"I saw you that night...and I fell in love...and there was no way I could have left..."

"Everyone before you did... no one... saw me. Not the way you do. How did you know? Was it something I did? Or did you just... see me?"

"Your eyes tell me everything...they always have. That night...I looked into your eyes and I could see you...the real you...the you that you were trying to hide...and that's the person I fell in love with."

I giggle and kiss his nose. "Suave hipster Zach s sexy...but he's not who you are deep down in your heart."

"I'm just a hipster with a gooey center..." I say, leaning in to kiss him.

"That's disgusting," I giggle.

"Sorry," I laugh.

"That's okay..." I kiss him. "Just don't ever doubt why I fell in love with you."

"I'm just glad you did..." I say, kissing him.

"I am, too," I grin. "And I'm glad that you were willing to keep me around. Imma mess."

"A little... but you're a beautfiul mess and you're mine."

"Mmmm...all yours..." I say softly and press my face against his neck.

"I close my eyes. "I love you... so fucking much."

"I love you, Z..." I whisper, my lips close to his ear.

"So....what do you think about slipping off to Big Sur this weekend?"

"Yeah?" I grin. "I would love that. Do you mean it?"

"I definitely mean it. We haven't been there for awhile."

[chris_w_pine]

"Then I definitely want to go," I say with a huge smile.

[ersatzach]

"So we'll go. It'll be good..."

[chris_w_pine]

"It always is...to get away with you to our place...just the two of us on the edge of the world."

"Let's not even wait til the weekend. We can leave in the morning unless you need to do anything else..."

"No...I don't have anything. Let's do it."

"Then it's a plan," I smile and kiss him.

I part my lips for him...wrap my arms around him as he deepens the kiss.

The kiss is passionate but also tender. "Mmmmm... I love you..."

"I love you..." I murmur and wrap my legs around him.

I press closer. "God, Chris..."
